Sorry, I missed something important when I wrote this bug. The "Imported IE Favorites" menu shows up twice on my Bookmarks menu -- the top entry does *not* exhibit the wrong behavior I'm bugging, and the bottom entry does. This may be related to my having installed both 0.9.8 and 0.9.9?
