When there are only two tabs with focus on the first one, and i press the
"close" button on the right corner the following happens:
1. The page remains (the one on the active tab) the other window disappears
2. The tabbed interface disappears
3. On pressing Ctrl-T again, 3 tabs are shown, the original two and a new blank one
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Keep two tabs in the browser
2.Keep focus on the 1st tab. Press the "close" button on the right
3.The wrong tab (2nd) will disappear
4.Press Ctrl-T. 3 tabs appear...original two plus blank one
Actual Results: The wrong tab (2nd) will disappear
