1302958 - Test TestSafeBrowsingInitialDownload.test_safe_browsing_initial_download should dump a list of downloaded safebrowsing files

In case the test fails when checking for downloaded files it would be good to dump the list of the already downloaded files. That way we could see what's wrong - file not downloaded or a different file name used. It would help with diagnosing all those test failures which popped up lately. Especially mozilla-aurora is affected.
