User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:47.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/47.0 Build ID: 20160623154057 Steps to reproduce: 1) Tools Menu --> Options Sub Menu --> Applications side menu option 2) Search for Portable Document Format (PDF) 3) Select Preview in FireFox 4) View PDF document (Both Portrait & Landscape) for any website. 5) Print document from menu bar 6) Use to following link for steps https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/view-pdf-files-firefox Actual results: First issue: Adobe PDF Viewer Plugin was removed for 64 bit FireFox. Leaving no alternative solution to view PDFs on the webpage and users are forced to download reports to computer or use FireFox PDF viewer. Second issue: When a landscape report is print directly from the Firefox viewer. I the user does not change printing settings to landscape the report gets cut of from the print margins because the printing is in portrait mode. And vise verse. The users are force to always check printer settings prior to printing to make sure report will print properly. Adobe Reader Plugin verse in prior versions would handle switching between landscape and portrait automatically to the printer. Third issue: Some times the margins are not adjust properly even when the user select the correct portrait or landscape method. Text is being cut on prints outs. Expected results: This all being said if the same PDF document is downloaded to the computer and opened with adobe reader printing functionality works great. If the same document is opened in on an older version of fire fox with adobe plugin viewer and printed functionality works great.
