I've noticed this in current Nightly on OS X; not sure if it occurs on other platforms.

After initially launching the browser, the View menu looks fine. But if I then switch to a different foreground application, and then switch back to Nightly, an additional "Enter Full Screen" item appears at the end of the View menu.

Actually going to full-screen mode fixes this (the extra item disappears), but then switching away from the app and back will bring the item back again.
Fixed in bug 1408118, I think! :-)
