User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0 Build ID: 20160823121617 Steps to reproduce: Open Private Browing. Open a Few Tabs. Close any Tab or multiple tabs. If you press CTRL+SHIFT+T Actual results: Last Closed Tab gets Opened. Expected results: No tab should get opened up because we are in Private Browsing Mode and if by chance we leave it in that state anybody else who comes can see what all we have browsed. Plus as Mozzilla Firefox states that you do not store History it is still getting accessed. Issue is not in storing but in reopening i.e. user should not be able to see last opened tab/tabs in Private Browsing Mode.
