Details |
The frame trees for the two <details> elements in the testcase
should be identical (except that the style-context parent for
<div>'s children should point to the <div>'s style-context in
the first case).

I'm pretty much with fantasai on this issue that the semantic of <details> and <summary> is based on the element tree, not the CSS box tree, so in the testcase, the first <details> should have a generated <summary> child in addition.
Also cc :TYLin since it's <details>/<summary>-related.
