Details

it's possible to setup nullmailer (or postfix) to receive mail but never deliver it. We should set this up inside the bmo-ci images and add tests that specifically test that email is sent, and also that securemail is sent and encrypted. This will give us confidence when we upgrade BMO from Email::Send to Email::Sender, as part of the upstream merge.
