Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/Code_snippets/Tabbed_browser
2. Open Findbar
3. Type "tab"
   ---- observe,  Dimmed highlight color
4. Click on [Highlight All] twice
   ---- observe,  Dimmed highlight color

Actual Results:
Inconsistent Dimmed highlight and background color
Same issue as bug 1302035, different STR.
