User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0 Build ID: 20160916101415 Steps to reproduce: I am using firefox 49.0, I tried to upload several files and folders into Google Drive, it (Google Drive) then sent a message to my screen saying "File Upload is Not Supported in Your Browser. Consider Downloading Chrome." Actual results: I tried multiple times to upload the files, I even restarted my computer, the internet connection is brilliant and none of the files uploaded. Expected results: None of the files uploaded so I could not back up important files.

Ah, my guess is that you try to drag and drop folders to upload them but this feature is not supported by Firefox at the moment (bug 1188880).

@James - Firefox & Google Drive working for me for file transfer - However yes please note Folder Transfer is not yet supported. Component Group: Can someone please let us know - Is/Will this being considered as an enhancement - are there already plans to implement? Note: 32-bit Firefox displays message that Folder upload is not supported by your browser. However the 64bit version does not and not sure if Firefox or Google should control that. Version 49.0.1 Build ID 20160922113459 User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0 User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0 1) Login to Google Drive 2) Select My Drive > Upload files 3) Locate Folder/File(s) PASS - files successfully uploaded 4) Open Windows File Manager/Explorer 5) Select then drag/drop a file(s) to Google Drive PASS - files were successfully uploaded

Hi, Michelle, Good day. Thanks for notifying me regarding this problem. It seems to me that we has fixed this problem on Firefox 50 (Bug 1293949#c28). I am PTO today with limited network access to verify patches. Therefore, may I have a few minutes of your time to verify the patch (Bug 1293949#c28) and see if you still can reproduce this bug (Folder Transfer is not yet supported) on FFx 50? Your help would be appreciated. :)
