OS= Win XP Pro. JA, Win 98 

1. Launch Navigator
2. Access to above URL(no matter with this certain page)
3. highlight URL, drag and drop onto personal tool bar
4. Click right mouse button on this 
5. Select Properties
6. Select Info. tab
7. Type any characters including high-ascii to Description
8. To move to next line,hit carriage return key
9. Properties dialog box close
10. Repeat step 4
11. Next line is avairable now

Expected: don't close Properties dialog box by hitting carriage return key
