Discussed in bug 1241114, we are close to be able to publish Fennec aurora in Google play using the Android testing program. https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/3131213?hl=en

From the user perspective, this is quite easy. Just a url: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/org.mozilla.fennec_aurora
and the user will be able to install it.

We will probably need a sumo page to explain this (see bug 1304445).

I am not sure if and how we want to mention that on mozilla.org

We still need direct archive links, so this depends on Bug 1301650. Actually I've combined those PRs.
