These files do not need to live in the repo. cpanfile is always just generated now (we only needed a hand-crafted one originally to get to a decent cpanfile.snapshot. cpanfile.snapshot is dependent on the version of perl, so it should be kept in the carton-bundles repo.
I also removed the .checksetup_lib stuff. I want to remove that upstream too...
