When using drag-and-drop to re-order my bookmarks in the personal toolbar I
observe the following behavior.
Moving an item one position to the left has no effect. Moving two positions left
moves one position. Moving three moves two. Etc.
Moving an item to the right appears to work as expected.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add several bookmarks to toolbar.
2. Attempt to re-arrange using drag-and-drop.
Actual Results: See description.
Expected Results: Items should appear where they're dropped, not one unit to
the right.
