1304561 - Move the 'View Data' button to be next to the other buttons (on the list of releases)

The screenshot shows what I mean. The reasoning is that the original 'View Data' button is off by itself, and logically belongs with all the buttons we've added more recently.

Hi Shruti, absolutely you can! I'd suggest getting the Docker containers up and running first, there's instructions at http://mozilla-balrog.readthedocs.io/en/latest/contribute.html. Once you have those going, you should be able to access http://localhost:8080/releases and see the "View Data" button. You'll probably need to touch https://github.com/mozilla/balrog/blob/master/ui/app/templates/releases.html to fix this bug.

We just merged a fix for it, actually. Sorry for the confusion.
