In bug 1293181, we removed the override of the entrypoint due to bug 1123010 causing entrypoint="uitour" to appear more often then it should. Once bug 1123010 is fixed we should reinstate this check (ie, backout the patch from bug 1293181.

Actually, when we do get back to this, I think we should take the opportunity to consolidate the various different ways we open sync-prefs and/or about:accounts - they are spread out all over the place, all with various different ways of solving the same problem.

The unrelated fix in bug 1349742 might be enough to address bug 1293181 (IIRC it was mostly due to snippets on about:home too).
