Does it work better with HWA disabled? (restart FF to apply) https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/forum-response-disable-hardware-acceleration In addition type about:support in the location bar and copy the section "graphics".

Does this occur in nightly for you? Or just release? Do you have a testcase/example page you can give us to help us more easily reproduce this bug? Also, as noted, can you please paste the Graphics section of about:support as well?

Ok, so it's another instance of bug 1304360. As workaround, you can set layers.allow-d3d9-fallback=false in about:config and restart Firefox to apply.
