Looks like the font-size is set to 80%, but 90% would look fine.

You should give focus to the devtools and press Ctrl+0. I think you may have zoomed out on the text size there. Though we could file a bug to let users know when the text size is non-default and give them the ability to undo it.

No, the fonts are default. Just tried right now. also notice that the "Highlight all elements" button ( -:- ) is hidden at bottom half.

Can you reproduce this in a clean profile? If you can still reproduce this in a clean profile, please use mozregression to find when this broke.

Probably a regression from Bug 1262443.
