See details in "steps" above Expected results: Orientation is incorrectly switched to portrait, it should have remained as landscape as the prior Firefox version 48.0.1 does. See details in "steps" above
I have tested this in OSX 10.12 (Sierra) and it is reproducible. It is also reproducible with 48.0.1 and earlier versions. I think it is introduced by the new OS not by Firefox.

Abe - I have a Mac mini with MacOS Sierra 10.12 and Firefox 48.0.1 and orientation remains landscape and does not switch. I'm only getting the switch to portrait when running Firefox 49.0 - I believe it is an error in Firefox 49.0 If you need any files, screen shots or want to access my system remotely to confirm please let me know. -Gary
Hey Gary, Is it possible to get the regression window ? Installation and usage instruction is attached. If regression range is not successful, you can attached your "about:support" information. Thanks !
Firefox version 49.0.1 has fixed the error, you can close this bug.
