Taskcluster Github is failing to set the github commit status endpoint and also handling events.  I got an email from Sentry and a Ping from grenade.

Brian, does taskcluster-github retry things like this that fail?  Maybe we should be putting them into an SQS queue and using that for built-in retries?

I learned about this about 5 minutes ago and will restart it to see if it continues
I restarted the service and just followed along with Standard8 and grenade for one push from each and they seem to be working again.  It looks like a 'heroku restart' was enough!
