The title bar has the correct dark color now if you set the preference "widget.chrome.allow-gtk-dark-theme" (added in bug 1158076) to "true" in about:config. Is there a plan to enable this pref by default?

Is there a plan to enable this pref by default? From my last testing it has some side effects on combo boxes popups and URL bar popups. Combo box popup nested to html page has black background and white text. Also popup from awesome/URL bar has black background which makes it hard to read (URL is dark blue text on black background).
It would be great to enable that only with firefox dark UI theme - is that possible?
Unfortunately, setting widget.chrome.allow-gtk-dark-theme=true also makes input fields on webpages dark by default, which often makes pages ugly and sometimes unusable (when the input fields' font color is set to dark but the background is left at default).
The titlebar should be solved when Bug 1283299 lands.
