According to the latest comm-central-l10n build log on macosx64, "make wget-en-US" process is trying to get lightning xpi file from
http://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/nightly/latest-comm-central/lightning-5.4a1.en-US.mac.xpi
which should be
https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/calendar/lightning/nightly/latest-comm-central/lightning-5.4a1.en-US.mac.xpi
