Alex's OpenSL backend has issues in central even preffed off apparently, and I need to cherry pick this patch so that windows duplex can ride the trains.

It'd be good to add a .patch and make update.sh apply it, so that running the update.sh script on the cset specified in the README reproduces the same tree state.
