I was able to reproduce this using Galaxy Note 5(6.0.1) with latest builds Release, Beta, Aurora and Nightly.

Note: On Chrome this works and you are redirected to the mobile site.

I was able to reproduce the issue once today, but every other time I'm getting the mobile version in both release 59 and nightly 61.

I'm also getting a mobile (or responsive) site in Firefox Nightly. Seems like this is fixed?
