Steps to reproduce:

Set "media.block-play-until-visible" to true.
Play a Youtube music video in the background and use other tabs.
Wait for the video to finish.
Change back to the Youtube tab.


Actual results:

The Youtube video starts over.


Expected results:

The Youtube video shouldn't be restarted automatically.
