1307074 - Switching tabs will stop the HLS player

Environment: Aurora 51.0a2
Device: Samsung Galaxy S6 EDGE (Android 6.0);
Build: Aurora 51.0a2 (2016-10-02);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open two tabs, in one go to goo.gl/ZClrcM
2. Play the HLS video and switch tab
3. Go back to the video tab

Expected result: 
Step 2 : The video should continue playing in the background (as all video players in fennec) or at least paused
Step 3 : Video plays or can be resumed 

Actual result: 
Step 2: The video is stopped
Step 3: The page needs to be reloaded in order to play the video (from the beginig)
