*** observed with 2002-03-13 build ***
Steps to reproduce:
- go to preferences (Edit|Preferences|Mail/News|Addressing);
- edit an ldap directory ( select directory, click Edit button);
- Ok the dlgbox, note that the new name is showing up in the drop-down list;
- open a mail compose window, click Address button and observe that the
directory name here is still unchanged, the change will take effect after
restarting the application ( you don't have to restart to se the change in the
Prefernces panel)
I think there is a bug on this. Added yulian on the cc list.

Leave this bug open since bug 124553 has been narrowed down to Hostname and Base
DN changes not taking effective immediately.
Observed with 1.0 release: adding a new directory also does not take effect
until the next restart.
