Steps to reproduce: 1) Load the attached Frank.html. 2) Search for c0x (or whatever the current number is). 3) Wait 20 seconds. Expected result: * When the page text changes the new text is displayed. * When the page text changes the Find Toolbar does whatever a UX expert says it should do. (Probably either exit find mode or try to find the next occurrence of the string.) Actual result: * The page changes are hidden from the user by the Find Toolbar. I first noticed this problem in the eBay watch list. I searched for a string, clicked Edit Note, changed the text, and pressed Save. I was surprised my edit hadn't occurred and wondered whether I had pressed Cancel instead of Save. It actually had occurred, but Firefox was lying to me.
