If the Mozilla window is closed, then certain menu fuctions such as Get new
themes, or anything in the debug or QA menu will not work. They will only load
up the page when Mozilla is open.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Close the Mozilla window.
2.Select View>Apply themes>Get new themes.
3.The browser will not open and go to the URL. This also happens with anything
in the debug or QA menus.

Expected Results:  Mozilla should open up a new window, and load the requested URL.

This is related to the old bug 68766. Ted and qaz2, can you still reproduce this
problem using a current build?

I can't reproduce it for one reason, mozilla has stopped working on my computer
(Bug # 133547).

If I get it working again, I'll check if the bug works with 1.0.

This bug is targeted at a Mac classic platform/OS, which is no longer supported
by mozilla.org. Please re-target it to another platform/OS if this bug applies
there as well or resolve this bug.

I will resolve this bug as WONTFIX in four weeks if no action has been taken.

The patch in bug 25287 will fix the "Get New Themes" menuitem (and "Home", "Search the Web"). I'll attach a patch for the Debug and QA menus here.
