I have to ingestigate this in detail...

Taking... there is still a part in the XprintUtil code which assumes that there
must be a default resolution... xx@@!!... ;-(

The code was to strict. It may happen that we do not have any defaults for any
attribute. The patch makes this cases non-fatal...
