1309607 - Since beta 49 Firefox in background consumes a lot more battery than expected

Steps to reproduce:

1. open Firefox (synced profile, some tabs open)
2. Switch to apps or set your phone to standby


Actual results:

After some hours of inactivity or in other apps check your battery status. Firefox consumes > 20% with just background tasks.

If I repeat the steps above but kill Firefox before I run other apps then overall battery consumption seems to be OK. 

If I repeat the steps above, kill Firefox, switch to other apps, click on links (Firefox just registers them for next browsing session) then battery consumption is also too high.


Expected results:

Firefox in background shouldn't consume reasonable amount of battery. In Firefox 48 beta I wasn't able to notice that.

Sorry - I read in the last line 48 and I forgot you did mentio in the title 49. My fault. 
I will try to investigate it on some devices to see if we can get some data.

New steps to reproduce:
1. Create new profule (delete whole memory)
2. Start Firefox, enable "Mozilla Location Service)
3. Switch to other apps and just wait. After e.g. 1 day Firefox battery usage increases very quickly, up to 50%)
