Reproducability: Always. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Perform a search that lists a few bugs. 2. Click first bug (bug 1 for example). 3. Commit changes. (bugzilla goes to next bug in list (bug 2)). 4. Click the next link. (bugzilla stays at bug 2). Expected Result: Bugzilla goes to bug 3 Actual Results: Bugzilla stays at bug 2.
The only way I can reproduce this is if I click the link at the TOP of the page ABOVE the "changes submitted" boxes. (which if you'll notice have the identification for the bug you are committing changes to in front of it). So clicking those goes relative to the bug you just left. The row of links BELOW the changes submitted box (at the top of the next bug it just loaded) goes to the bugs relative to the one it has now loaded.
