Attachment: Unresponsive plugin warning

Currently when a plugin gets unresponsive in a RTL build, the resulting window is LTR'ed.

This needs to be changed so that the entire window (including header, buttons, text and the checkbox) will be RTL.

Is the main window correctly rtl? This feels like a dupe of bug 1308674... Is your copy of Windows otherwise RTL?

The main window is correctly RTL'd.
Using Windows 10 Hebrew locale.

It looks like bug 1308674 is only *part* of this bug. The window's content also needs adjustment for RTL.

By the way, the error message in the screenshot appears to be wrong, as it is missing the plugin name.
