Some tests were disabled in bug 1266035, they would need to be re-enabled.

These tests are already skipped on purpose on Android and e10s, so it seems highly unlikely we're ever going to invest time in re-enabling these for non-e10s.

I would prefer to remove the tests from the tree if that is the case, we have them perma skipped:

any concerns with that?

I think that's a question for a DOM peer :)

Hmm, does devtools still use mozbrowser? if so, it should have some tests.

Yes, DevTools creates mozbrowser frames as part of Responsive Design Mode. We also use some mozbrowser events and APIs, though currently it's a fairly limited set.
We only use remote mozbrowser frames. So, we'd ideally have at least the OOP tests running on e10s platforms.
I'll do some investigation to see how many obstacles there are here.
