In Win32 build 2002031403 (latest nightly) the Edit -> Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Cookies dialog does not have the radiobutton for 'Enable cookies based on privacy levels'. The online help indicates that this option should be there. (This bug is also present in the 0.9.9 milestone.)
