[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox
2. Go to a random site (e.g. www.amazon.com)
3. Zoom in the chosen page by pressing [Ctrl] button and spinning the mouse wheel upward until it reaches 270% zoom level
4. Try to further zoom in the same page, but change the zoom method (View -> Zoom -> Zoom in / Menu Panel -> [+] button / [Ctrl] & [+])
[Expected result]:
- The page is properly zoomed in [step 3] and [step 4]
[Actual result]:
- Starting with 270%, the zoom level can't be increased anymore with other methods than [Ctrl] & mouse wheel
[Regression range]:
- This issue is not a regression, as it is reproducible all the way back to Firefox 4.0

I am closing this as WFM since it is no longer reproducible with Firefox Nightly 132.0a1 (2024-09-29) using Windows 11 and macOS 14.6. Zoom level can be increased while using the "+" button from the application menu.
