Per Bryan's comment here (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1269466#c22) we should start using PUSH_API_NOTIFY to calculate push ER since it was changed to opt-out as of Firefox 50 (going out to release channel 11/8). I believe this also means we can remove PUSH_API_NOTIFICATION_RECEIVED from main_summary, since that's still opt-in.
:mreid, are you aware of anyone using PUSH_API_NOTIFICATION_RECEIVED?

That field was added in bug 1270482 - if the use cases there are obsoleted by this field, we should be safe to remove it.
I wonder if we can grep re:dash queries for that field...

Verified that no queries were using PUSH_API_NOTIFICATION_RECEIVED (https://sql.telemetry.mozilla.org/queries/1504 -- the 1 count is from this query itself =))
