Mercurial 4.0 just went to RC. It's time to have a bug on file to track upgrading hg.mozilla.org to it.

Attachment: hgext: remove pushrebase extension;

This was added a while ago so hg.mo could rebase changesets
automagically without requiring the client to rebase. Autoland handles
the use case of pushrebase and I'm pretty sure nobody uses this
functionality because nobody has send anything about it to me. Since
the code breaks in Mercurial 4.0, let's just remove it.

the previous 4 releases only.

Attachment: global: bump extensions version compatibility;

Bulk mark extensions as compatible with 4.0. Drop explicit marked
support for 3.6 since we no longer include 3.6 in the testing
environment. Bump minimum required version to 3.7.

Extensions specific to the hg.mo server still have their minimum
version at 3.9 because we haven't yet upgraded the server packages.

There is some minimal test fallout as a result of this. That will be
addressed in subsequent commits.

We'll want to use 4.0.1 before this is deployed anywhere. So this
commit probably shouldn't land until the version is bumped to 4.0.1.
It is good enough for testing though.

server-side extensions as only compatible with 4.0.

The changelog size is different in Mercurial 4.0 because Mercurial 4.0
no longer stores delta chains in the changelog (making them faster
to access).

Mercurial 4.0 pushes obsolescence markers as part of the bundle2
payload, not as a separate pushkey protocol command. This means
we see a few less "heartbeat" events in the replication log
because the obsolescence data is covered by the main changegroup
heartbeat.

I announced this as potentially happening on December 1.

We'll need to wait on 4.0.1, as there is a bugfix in it related to temp file permissions that we may run into.

This was deployed to prod a few minutes after the commits landed. No major problems were encountered as part of the deploy.
