  Setting
user_pref("browser.target_new_blocked", true);
in the prefs.js does not work anymore in 0.9.9, even though it worked
fine in 0.9.8.
  I *REALLY* hope this is just a bug, as I found this setting
extremely useful.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Well, should be quite obvious: Just add the setting to prefs.js
2. And try with a page with a link with target=whatever
3.

Actual Results: The setting seems to be ignored: Links with target=whatever tag
open in a new window.

Expected Results: It should work as 0.9.8: That is, open it in the same window.

The pref got renamed to "browser.block.target_new_window", so you need to change
it in your prefs.js (and it now has UI in the Scripts & Windows panel in
preferences, so you can just use that).
