Details

Using apprunner, move/size a browser window and then close it.  Make sure the
app terminates.  Restart; the window opens to the default size at (0,0).
Expected behavior is to open to the size/position of the window before you
closed it.

Note that if you open a second window, size/position/close it, then open a
third, the third one gets the saved size/position.  The problem occurs when the
app terminates.

One more detail: There is another bug whereby window position is saved
improperly if you close via the close box on Windows (I'm not sure about
double-clicking the system menu).  Use File->Close to have the position
remembered.  I'm opening another bug about the problem with the close box.

Oh yeah, one more thing: The window will "jump" to the saved position from
(0,0); I've already opened a bug (#13120) about that.
