Idea is to make this a bootstrap.js addon, to be included in Nightly and living in the hamburger menu.

We started the review already, but I forgot I had this open bug. It's possibly ready for its last round of review, so might as well do the right thing.

Let's go ahead and close this -- I'll open a new bug to include the add-on in Nightly. 

(Not sure if we should delete the code on GitHub after that happens, dunno if there's any value in keeping two implementations of the add-on. We'll see!)
