Using mar14 commercial trunk: mac OS 9.2 and mac OS 10.1

Keyboard/tab access to fields and controls in Search UI and Filter UI doesn't
work in Classic theme.  Tab access to fields and controls in search/filters in
Modern theme seems to work okay.

Don't know if there is some master themes bug about tab access in classic for
mac, but thought I'd go ahead and log this.

By default, the tab key in Mac OS X jumps between textboxes and lists only. If you enable "Full Keyboard Access", this is WFM in both Classic and Modern.
