From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.9) Gecko/20020311
It would be nice if mozilla had a pref to display "alt" tags when the mouse is
left on top of an image for a few moments. (perhaps some configurable amount of
time) Many users of other browsers expect this feature, and many (admittedly not
that great) web designers use this feature to make their pages more usable.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.google.com and place your mouse over the large "Google" logo
using various browsers.
2. Notice that some browsers will display the "alt" text in a small box if the
mouse is left motionless for long enough.
