Details

The Mozilla Browser (Build: 2002031104, Version 0.9.9) doesn't minimize on
clicking the iconize (minimize) button in Windows 2000 if the side bar is
present (not open though) or after going full screen and restoring back.  When
doing so, the maximize button changes to look like the restore button (as if the
browser is not in maximized mode, even though it is).  In this mode, the browser
doesn't allow itself to be minimized, it restores again when the iconize button
is clicked.
all the people should read the release notes before they file a bug.
