131394 - Mozillazine build comments page not properly rendered sometimes

The 0.9.8 and 0.9.9 build, both under windows 95 and windows 2000 sometimes
render the build comments page a bit weird. As if only the onethird of the page
at the left is available for rendering. A reload using the reloadbutton always
corrects the problem. Unable to figure out what causes the trick. Happens every
one out of ten cases or so. Seems to happen more often first time the browser is
started, hard to repeat in the same session.
