This bug was filed from the Socorro interface and is 
report bp-15a37dc5-71e2-44af-ae8e-c29822161029.

This first showed up in Nightly 20161025030205 and has occurred 39 times since across 16 installations. A quick google tells me that nzbrcom.dll is part of "AhnLab Safe Transaction", which appears to be a Korean anti-virus product, judging by http://www.ahnlab.com/kr/site/product/productView.do?prodSeq=109

I'm not really sure how to proceed here.
