1314015 - Write integration test for download quarantining on OS X

Bug 337051 added download quarantine support to Firefox, and bug 1305339 and bug 1310518 fixed some issues with it. It would be good if we had automated test coverage for this functionality. It'd probably have to be a browser mochitest that simulated a download and then somehow verified the extended attributes, perhaps using actual xattr invocations and reading their output (which I think should be possible these days, but I haven't played with the APIs for a long time).
Alternatively, we would also have to write additional nsILocalFileMac code to expose the attributes and use that.

Mass wontfix for bugs affecting firefox 52.
