Details

With the retirement of legacy vcs-sync, the mercurial copies of gaia repos are now an "attractive nuisance" and should be deleted.

The Repository-of-Record remains https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia

The last known use of those mercurial repos was for FxOS L10N work - I have confirmed with them it is okay to remove via email. (cc'ing them on bug anyways)

The repositories to be deleted are:

Since the RoR remains and these were read only, there is no reason to archive the final repositories.
