1314335 - Need to fix Project Initiation Bug

Finance & Legal have developed a project initiation bug that is required for authorizing / tracking Spending over $25k.  The list of key initiatives needs to be updated to include Connected Devices.  Then the sub-list of Connected Devices needs to be updated to include 'other' as an option.  Ideally we would be able to enter the project name instead of having to pick from a list because our projects ramp up and down quickly.

I have committed change to add 'Connected Devices' to the Key Initiative drop down. The change will be live next tuesday.
I have also added 'Other' the component list of the 'Connected Devices' product which is there now.

Please let me know if anything else is needed.
