All the jobs which still rely on tc-vcs are burning like https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=38535011&repo=mozilla-inbound with "gzip: stdin: not in gzip format" trying to unzip https://queue.taskcluster.net/v1/task/doHADwuFT0CSpLdsNAgXiQ/artifacts/public/hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central.tar.gz Since one of those jobs is the tier-1 hazard-linux64-shell-haz, mozilla-inbound/autoland/mozilla-central are closed. <gps> but since tc-vcs jobs appear to be burning, i think someone needs to go retrigger the tc-vcs generation of mozilla-central
It looks like this is triggered by https://tools.taskcluster.net/hooks/#taskcluster/tc-vcs-refresh which runs every four hours. Since this was over 4 hours ago, might be worth a retry already.
This might be similar to issues the team has been investigating for bug 1314284
